K2 SERVICES LLC

Great experience! Start to finish!

K2 towing and the co-owner Kyle is the sort of trustworthy and honest person you can count on. My husband and I were running errands in Wilmington when our only car broke down after 7pm, 15 miles from home. My husband called our mechanic Nathan Matys and he recommended K2. I'm so glad he did. Kyle/K2 arrived right away, in under 30 minutes. He was up front with the price: $150 to tow our car, $25 to drive us home, and a small credit card fee. Having had cars towed we thought $175 was a great price. Kyle was extremely professional, and had a nice flatbed tow truck so I felt like the car was safe. On the drive Kyle was great to chat with. He told us about building K2 from scratch as a business and some adventures he's had helping stuck cars. His friendly demeanor turned a stressful experience into a memorable and pleasant one. K2 Towing is definitely the first place to call if you're in a bind with your car, and I'd recommend K2 to anyone.

Very friendly, considerate and punctual. Handled my car carefully. Will definitelyuse again if needed. Thank you guys

Kyle over at K2 helped me out at 2am to get me back on the road and touring again. Grateful for his help and was super professional throughout the whole experience.

Kyle was the best. He arrived quickly and worked quickly. Explained everything and was very nice. Even though we were all tired he’s wasn’t, and got the job done. Definitely recommend when you’re in a pinch or in a ditch. Thanks for everything Kyle.

Kyle not only got me out of a pickle when my truck decided it didn’t want to participate in Monday activities, he also was prompt, super courteous, and amazingly professional when a lot of the time when calling a wrecker service you get some characters. All in all, K2 and Kyle should be on the top of your list for all things from emergency tows, containing moving, or even specialty work that you may not think would be able to be done. He goes the extra leg at a reasonable cost to ensure your vehicle is transported with care and done with a smile to boot.

Pulled off in the side of a road and dropped into a ditch. A lil embarrassed. But I knew I had the right people. Was out without a scratch in less than 3 minutes. Super fair price. Thank you!

K2 Services is quick, efficient, affordable and so professional! You’re definitely not waiting on hold and hope you’re connected to someone ever! They pick up and are at your service asap! We’ve needed their services four times personally, and have also had our customers at the hotel call them when they were stuck in the winter, and every experience has been incredible! Highly recommended!!!

K2 is simply the BEST tow services period!! Great service!! Incredibly reliable!! 5out5 support small business!!

Out of 7 places I called K2 Towing / Kyle was the only one to respond. Professional and courteous, quick to respond and made picking up and delivering a sailboat and trailer seamless. I would recommend for ALL towing services! THANK YOU KYLE!

My coworker went down a back road with a Elantra and got stuck. When he called they were there in 15 minutes and got the car out and helped navigate the other obstacles in the road. Would highly recommend their services. 🤘

If you need a tow call Kyle! Called another company chippy and they tried charging me crazy money and then I called Kyle and he gave me a great price!

This is the best tow services around. Reasonable price. Good attitude. very nice and pleasent. Also the skill to tow the car and not cause any damage, the care that went into getting us and our vehicle home is unmatched. Hands down best town experience I've ever had.

Best company in the area by a long shot got into a bad spot and needed a tow back to colrain the other companies in the area quoted 200$+ more then k2!!!...the owners showed up and got right to work with a smile attentive and took the time to make sure the car wasn't damaged any further would absolutely recommend 1000% over any other tow company in the area good people amazing work and in a stressful time when you need a tow this company is a MUST CALL

K2 Services, LLC is prompt, professional and extremely good at what they do! I’ve recommended them to all my local friends!

We had an amazing experience with K2 Services. We were in the middle of nowhere, and the whole situation was actually pretty funny. They showed up quickly, and the customer service was excellent—super friendly and professional. It was clear the driver really knew what he was doing, and my husband felt completely comfortable the entire time knowing his truck was in good hands. We'd definitely recommend them for any of your towing needs. They do offer other services also, and we are sure they are just fast and pleasant as they were for us.

5 Stars

5 stars all around !!!! Not only was Kyle the most polite and knowledgeable person to deal with, he was also in constant communication with us. He got our car out quick and even wrapped it up once it was back on our land. It’s rare to find old school values that produce quality work. Kyle def hit the mark on all ! Will be going to him with all my vehicle emergencies!

Kyle showed up promptly, was knowledgeable and helpful, and a super nice person to work with.
