Clean and neat place to stay and get a sleep for night....affordable Room charges, in room dining facility available, although have never ordered anything from kitchen as i visit usually Burger Farm that is in walking distance from AVANA....

Worst hotel experience. The staff is so unfriendly and arrogant. Services are extremely poor. Bathroom accessories tap does not work, no hot water supply etc etc. Avoid staying in this hotel.

Good place to stay for 1 or 2 days. Location is good. Cleanliness is normal. Bathroom of rooms are very small in size. Service they provide is normal. Restaurant is also in the hotel.
