Everything, especially the dine in room system, and the room 3509 was the best I could of hoped for, it felt as a second home compared to any hotels I have been to. In addition, the proximity of stores and convention centers are the best thing for any tourist. — Dine in room qr website purchase function did not work which is fine since we can call and make an order, another note the shower head function is quirky and does not output higher pressure hot water which was a little unsatisfying.

Hotel is huge, very well maintained and organized. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. Hotel room is spacious with all the facilities required. — The nearby roads are closed due to the coming F1 event which makes walking around is almost impossible. I guess it is not the hotel's fault.

Excellent location and serenity in Sedona — The location of this resort is exceptional. It’s an easy walk to town. The property is serene. The food is very good. The rooms feel a little dated; however, I would stay at this property again. I especially enjoyed the fire pit.

Staff were so lovely and helpful. The breakfast was superb!

Absolutely everything at this hotel. The staff in the Pacific club room on floor 38 were so friendly and helpful. My husband has a Gluten free problem and the chef prepared so.e fantastic meals for him — I can't think of anything I didn't like.
