Always so nice! I look forward to my hair appointments

I am so happy I found this salon. I walked in to schedule an appointment and was surprised when they got me in right away. Ash cut my hair and I absolutely love it! She had a great personality and was so easy to talk to. It's been years since I've gotten a haircut that I was happy with but Ash did such a great job I couldn't possibly be happier! I will be returning and referring people to her for sure.

Wonderful place. Friendly people. Anna was GREAT. Took the time to talk to me and find out what I really wanted/needed. My Mom's stylist was great with her too. (Sorry, I didn't get your name.) Will definitely go back.

1000000/5 stars for Ash and crew!! I always struggle when explaining what I am looking for with my haircut, more so recently with the alternative hairstyle I want, even with photo examples I manage to find. (Think of the verbal grace of an over-apple-juiced, anxious toddler cramming fun and stories before nap time.) But Ash took the time at the start of the appointment, no rushing, and they evaluated the photos and asked many follow up questions to better understand my, usually-percieved-as-whacky, descriptors and what I wanted. I have never been more satisfied, impressed by a haircut, or made instantly bashful by the crew's compliments! Everyone is inviting, fun, and makes sure to answer any questions you have! Will be going back! 💜

So happy there is a Bishops location located closer to me, their parking is worlds better than Tempe’s location as well. It’s nice to have a salon that caters to more alternative hair styles. I cannot recommend Bishops Chandler enough. Ash my stylist was incredible as always

i have only ever written a few reviews on google so PLEASE if you’re going to come here read this. i honestly don’t even know where to begin with this but let me start by saying that was the most friendly hair salon experience i have ever experienced in my life. from the very first time i did my hair consultation here to just literally walking out the door for my actual hair appointment every one was so lovely. hannah and the owner ernie and anna (i believe that was their name. they were the one with the space buns) were all so welcoming and put me at ease immediately with their welcoming energy. when i decided to do more of a lived in look instead of going all out, hannah immediately wrote me up a new quote and didn’t make me feel bad at all for changing my mind. she adapted very quickly to how fast my brain changes lol. she and ernie made sure i was comfortable that entire time, ernie even remembered my chik fil a request ☺️😅. needless to say i will be back on opening weekend and i have finally found my hair stylist after actual years of feeling like what i was asking for was too much or someone couldn’t get it right. i can’t wait to be back. keep doing what you’re doing guys, you’re doing amazing.

Bishops is honestly the only 10/10 shop in the area. Mahala has been awesome and gets my hair right every time. Highly recommend booking with her.

She truly listens to what her clients want and always takes the time to understand your vision. Anna is incredibly talented with textured hair, whether it’s coarse or fine. She has a real gift for working with all hair types and consistently delivers amazing results. On top of that, she’s warm, friendly, and it’s always a delight to see her and chat during my appointments. I highly recommend booking with Anna!

I was going to the Tempe location but switched to this location so I could still get my hair done by Ash. She does such a good job that I travel all the way from Glendale for my haircuts. I absolutely recommend Bishops and Ash!

Obsessed! I am literally in the chair at Bishops Cuts/Color in Chandler and I am having a moment. The way my hairdresser Hannah just took my mousy, depressed, post-2026 hair and turned it into the iciest, most platinum, Lady-Gaga-at-the-Oscars-but-make-it-desert-realness? Cinema. First of all, the mural on the wall? Gorgeous. It’s giving "cowboy chic meets Sunset Boulevard." Second of all, the service. The owner Ernie literally walked by and checked on me like I was a VIP at the Met Gala. They did a whole All Over Lightener & Gloss situation on me and I felt like I was getting a scalp massage from an angel. Pro tip for the girls: After you leave looking like a million bucks (for only $165 before tip, I mean COME ON), waltz your new blonde self next door to Fu Belly and get the sizzling shaken beef and parmesan garlic noodles. It is a religious experience. Bishops Chandler, you have my heart, my hair, and my credit card. I will be back!! Best place to get a quality hair cut with professional stylist.

My experience here was absolutely wonderful! The shop is beautiful and has so much personality at every single station. Scheduling my appointment was very simple and I think the prices were very reasonable for the vast amount of services they provide. They use quality products and keep a nice, clean, open and welcoming space that I fell in love with immediately. Now I have to talk about my girl Hannah for a second because she made my first salon experience absolutely amazing. I've had some unfortunate experiences in the past with hairdressers that don't understand how to work with my hair type (my curly haired girlies know what I'm talking about) but Hannah put me at ease immediately. She was kind, she was attentive, and it was obvious she knew what she was talking about. I trusted her to take care of my hair and she more than delivered. A full salon experience for less than $50? Sign me up!

I had Mahala Baillie do my coloring, cutting, and styling for my wedding! So many people commented on my hair and how natural yet elegant it looked! She was and is so incredibly talented, professional, and experienced! I will continue to go to Mahala for ALL haircuts, styles and colorings! Definitely worth it! I love the vibe at Bishops and I am so glad they are opening a location in Chandler! Even better, my girl Anna is going to be at this location!!! I have been seeing Anna for about four years. She is so good, I have followed her EVERYWHERE! She does my cut and color. We have gone from black to brown to red with blonde. Anna truly takes the time to listen and hone in on what it is you are wanting and really takes the time to make sure you are happy with the end result. If you are looking for a new stylist, come see my girl Anna. You won’t be disappointed.
