Service was really good - Cansu was lovely and very helpful. Coffee and food were really nice!

Unfortunately, my experience today was not very good. Both Zoe and the woman wearing a hijab, who have served me before, were noticeably less courteous today. Zoe had previously asked me to leave a five-star review, and the change in attitude afterwards left me with the uncomfortable impression that once a positive review has been received, the same level of friendliness and customer care is no longer maintained. There was also quite a lot of talking, laughing and gossiping behind the counter, which made us feel uncomfortable. We even wondered whether it was about us, although I will not assume that it was. That is not ultimately the reason for this review. My main concern is the noticeable change in behaviour and customer service after previously being encouraged to leave a good review. I come here almost every Saturday, regularly bring friends, and recommend this place to others. I will continue coming because the food is genuinely incredibly delicious. A special compliment must go to the female chef preparing the food behind the counter. Even while busy cooking and preparing meals, she shows better courtesy, warmth and attention towards customers. Her attitude deserves recognition, and the quality of the food is excellent. And the empty plate in the photo says it all — I ate every single bit. The food was absolutely delicious. Customers should never feel pressured to leave a five-star review. A good review should come naturally from consistently good food, kindness and respectful service — not simply from being asked for one. Regardless of whether someone serves me with a smile or with a bad attitude, I will remain respectful. I pray over and bless my food before eating it. But good customer service should still be consistent for every customer, before and after a review has been written. I hope this feedback is taken constructively because I genuinely enjoy the food and would much rather continue recommending this place positively.

My experience at Boulangerie has been wonderful. First of all, the chef is incredible and the food is absolutely delicious. My personal choice is the Eggs Benedict with spinach — always so good. I also really appreciate that they open very early. After a morning fast and prayer at the Universal Church of the Kingdom of God (UCKG), just around the corner, coming here is such a convenient and lovely way to break the fast. Every Saturday morning at 7:00 am, this has become a very special little routine for me. And a special thank you to Zoe. She is always so kind, welcoming and smiley. Of course, hospitality may be part of the job and the training, but we never really know what someone may be carrying inside in such a chaotic world, with tiredness, stress and so much going on. Even so, she treats customers with warmth, courtesy and a genuine smile, and that makes a difference. I truly recommend this place 100%. I had an amazing experience thanks to Rojda and Chef King! Rojda is absolutely wonderful professional, friendly, and always making sure everything runs perfectly. She truly goes above and beyond to make guests feel welcome and taken care of. Chef King is an outstanding chef. Every dish was full of flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with passion and skill. You can really taste the quality and dedication in the food. Highly recommend this place the service and food are both top-notch. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Love this place! Great coffee, friendly staff, and a really nice atmosphere. Theresa is always so welcoming and lovely - like all the team! I come here all the time and it’s always a good experience. Definitely one of my favorite spots.
