Carlins Automotive Auctioneers

Amazing and very quick service. Excellent communication and very friendly and helpful staff.

Communication was great. Darren Thomson responded to every question promptly which gave us more confidence in our purchase

Bought my first ever car at 48 and on green p's! Couldn't recommend a better experience than with dealing with carlins automotive specifically Michael! my partner is a hard sell and he also told me to put this out there . Great car, great service from start to finish . All done smoothly and easily and Michael had the best customer service from the initial point of contact. Michael was an absolute pleasure to deal with .. great communication, clear and precise information . All details of sales were done quickly and got above and beyond customer service!

Chris was great - very professional and genuine without any pressure to make a purchase. I’d buy from him again.

I have purchased many cars in the past, both brand new and secondhand. I have never had such a great experience as I did with Chris. He put my experience first, and that level of service is incredible. Thank you, Chris. You are worth the travel for me to buy my car from you.

I was in the market for my family car upgrade. And we finally found the one we were looking for at Carlins Automotive. It was a great pleasure dealing with Chris. I found him to be very honest, patient, and very helpful. I took a long time to decide after putting a holding deposit. But Chris was never pushy at any point, and he never minded me taking my time to finalise the sale. He is not just a normal everyday car sales man, if anyone looking for quality used cars, I highly recommend Carlin Automotive and their team. His manager Michael was also a down to earth guy to deal with. I am really enjoying driving my Dicovery. Thank you for your assistance and great service 😊🙏🏼

Michael helped me through the process of buying my first car and made it a great experience. One thing I noted is that he never ever tried to up-sell me or take advantage of the fact that I was a young female, in fact he gave me advice and was very helpful. He got the car serviced and cleaned before my pickup and it was so smooth dealing with him. The car is everything I was looking for and they helped me go through the process with ease. Thank you Michael and the Carlin team ! Will definitely recommend to anyone looking for a car.

Carlins made my car buying experience a great one. After identifying the car I was interested in, Chris had it ready for me upon my arrival for test drive. All of the staff were friendly and Accommodating. Chris was super helpful, he even picked me up from the train station the day I went to collect my new car. I would recommend Carlins to anyone looking for a quality used vehicle, even if you live outside of Sydney like I do, it's worth the trip

Bought a BMW here. The car is much newer than expected and everything runs very well. Christopher was very helpful. He also introduced me to great quality side services at a good price. Everything is satisfied. Highly recommend.
