This was the worst nail salon experience I have ever had. It took three hours for a gel removal and manicure with nail art on two nails. I communicated the shape I would like upwards of 12-15 times and the tech was unable to properly execute an almond shape. The prep of my nails and cuticles was not professional at all and left my cuticles very rough. The polishing and nail art was possibly the worst I have experienced. I have never had a gel manicure end up lumpy and rough, but that is what I left this salon with. The edges of my nails were completely rough and I had to file my own nails over and over again after I left for them to not feel extremely rough at the edges. I have truly never been more disappointed in a professional nail experience. I paid $91 for a set that I could have done better myself at home.

I have been to numerous nail salons throughout the Columbus area, and Frenchies, by far is the most outstanding salon I have ever visited. From the time I enter to the time I leave I am pampered, feel valued, and the cleanliness is beyond what is found in other places.
