I was really disappointed with my experience at Frenchies, especially because the salon is marketed as a modern, clean, relaxing experience. Unfortunately, it didn’t feel particularly relaxing or clean. There was quite a bit of loud staff chatter, the space didn’t feel as clean as I expected, and the appointment felt rushed despite having a scheduled appointment and the salon not being busy. Paige was also pretty rough during the nail removal and didn’t come across as especially warm or welcoming when we first met. During the removal, she accidentally nicked me. I asked if she could be a little more gentle, and she agreed, but unfortunately nicked me again shortly afterward — this time breaking the skin. Acetone was then applied to the area, which was quite painful. At that point, I decided to cancel my pedicure because I honestly just wanted the appointment to be over. The whole experience felt rushed and impersonal when I was expecting something that felt more like a chance to relax and be taken care of. When I checked out, the receptionist didn’t ask how my experience was. I can’t assume why, but given what had happened, I would have appreciated being asked and having the opportunity to share feedback directly. I wouldn’t leave a review over an accident alone. Accidents happen. What bothered me was how my concerns were handled afterward. People come to salons like this for more than just a service — they’re coming to decompress, feel cared for, and enjoy the experience. When something goes wrong, there’s an opportunity to slow down, listen, acknowledge it, and help the client feel comfortable again. I didn’t feel that happened here. I hope this feedback is taken in the spirit it’s intended. I’m not expecting perfection, but I do expect kindness, attentiveness, and an experience that feels consistent with what’s being advertised. Unfortunately, this appointment didn’t reflect the relaxing, elevated experience I was expecting.

I don’t usually leave reviews but I am moved to because I just had such a wonderful experience with Peyton! She is delightful, pays exceptional attention to detail, and all around did a great job. I left feeling happy and relaxed and will definitely shout her name from the rooftops if anyone is looking to get their nails done. The actual salon is also very clean and tidy as well.

Really great experience here! I booked this on a whim and was really surprised. Very relaxing atmosphere, super friendly staff and very clean. I appreciated all the detail in every step and I have to say this was the best pedicure I’ve ever gotten. Jessica spent time on perfecting my nails and even convinced me to try a warm neck wrap which was very relaxing. This will be my new go to spot for sure!

I had such a great experience at Frenchie’s yesterday! I walked in for a gel pedicure, and Emma did such an amazing job. She was genuine, friendly, and kept me entertained with great conversation throughout my appointment. The facility was very clean, and I loved seeing how seriously they take sanitation and sterilizing their equipment. They also have a large selection of nail polish colors to choose from. I would definitely recommend Frenchie’s and their warm environment to anyone, especially Emma! Side note: I was also complimented on their oatmeal vanilla scent for the remainder of my day. 🤎

Great experience with Peyton for a pedicure. They offer Dazzle Dry which is my favorite. Everyone was soooo friendly from check in thru polish. They offer tea and coffee plus a neck warmer.
