Really disappointed - this shop is basically a bunch of untrained teenagers. Skip it if you want a professional experience and job. The equipment and the cleanliness of the shop was much to be desired! The nail dryer, where your hand sits was not stained with nail polish but with dirt stains from people’s hands…so you know those only get sanitized! That’s disgusting and so unhygienic! Very overpriced for such a disappointing job as it was supposed to be a treat since I don’t do this kind of thing like ever. Will never go back - just the hygiene alone of that shop. I was supposed to get 25% off my first visit per their site but didn’t get that either. Most boring waste of my time in a dirty shop with untrained girls.

All of our specialists have gone through school and received their nail technician license through the state as well as going through our own training program. We go above and beyond state regulations for cleanliness, by not only disinfecting all our metal implements but by also sterilizing them in medical grade autoclave as well. All of our other tools and supplies are disinfected routinely as well, never reusing porous implements such as files and buffers.
