Well, the advert on the website says that you provide your email address and get garlic bread. I did that but there was an error, which I described in the comment under the order. When I came in to pick up I was told that „there was a mistake and the manager will be notified, maybe I can get the garlic bread next time”. I find it audacious to assume there will be a next time after you didn’t even honour an advert with a simple garlic bread. And you did get my data (email adress) and keep sending me promo materials. You asked for a review? Here you go. Pizza was alright, thanks.
Response from FRANCESCA'S PIZZA + SANDOS (Brighton)
Hi Valerie, you gave us your email for free garlic bread, hit an error, flagged it at the time, and then got marketing from us for a fortnight instead of the thing you were promised. I'm sorry. You gave us the benefit of the doubt twice and got nothing back either time. What you flagged never reached anyone who could act on it, and that one is ours. I've emailed you. You shouldn't have had to write this to hear from us. Grazie, Francescas

I Have ordered takeaway Pizza from here many times, quality is always amazing. Delicious fresh pizza. Only gave four stars on service and atmosphere because I get takeaway and tend to order online. But have never had any problems. I have tried almost all of the classic pizzas and they are all delicious. Highly recommend.
Response from FRANCESCA'S PIZZA + SANDOS (Brighton)
Hannah! Working your way through almost all the classics is the right approach. Glad it holds up every time, whether you're in the shop or ordering online. Grazie, Francesca
