We are so happy to have made the move to Dovida. Their staff are amazing and take the time to listen and really care about your needs. They are always approachable, supportive and respond quickly. My parents and our family all feel very comfortable with the team and their support workers are so caring. I would highly recommend you contact them if you are not happy with your current provider.

Case managers have changed infrequently, with good reasons and the transition to a new case manager has been well explained and well handled. We were able to choose our existing cleaning service when we started and meal providers as our needs changed. Case managers have communicated clearly, confirming our wants and needs and any required changes to services. Carers and physiotherapist provided are personable, kind and helpful, as well as being punctual and efficient. We feel well cared for and listened to, and do not hesitate to recommend Dovida.

The girls that man the phones are rude unhelpful and lack any consideration had one visit from a care giver she was very good . But the office staff only seem to think they will organise your time how it suits them .

I’m a Carer for my disabled husband and I’ve needed help for myself twice in the last year - firstly when I had shoulder surgery and had your wonderful help for a month - and currently as we settle in to older old age and have to transform our house into a space that cleaners can easily work with ..
