Today we had carer Ros, Ros came to cover for one of our regular caregivers who called in unwell. Ros is cheerful, energetic, efficient as well as a friendly soul. We enjoyed having her!

Dovida is not just a name its my life. The carers and dovida have given me the oppurtunity to continue my adenventure in my 90's in my own home. Being there for me whenever needed,caring,social outings and looking after me. Couldnt adk for more. Lola Mac Manus

I have a lady come to help me with cleaning every 2 weeks and she is marvellous, she is like a friend now sharing thoughts and ideas.

All the staff are so very nice,helpful and polite. They give 100% advice and guide you in the right direction, Having been with a couple of other services Dovida is the best.

After being with a diffrent care provider the switch to dovida was refreshing. All the carers that helped my grandad where WONDERFULL! it looks like they are expensive on paper but the management team actyally work each service to maximise benifets and minimise cost. Eg all appointment needs where bundeled to one visit rather then multiple call outs (incuring more fees-the last place we had been with was like that.). The carers always handeled gdads needs with the perfect approach taylored to his needs. Dovida is the main reason my g dad got to pass away, in comfort, as he chose at home. I phisically couldnt have delivered such a dignified, loving and peacfull end fo him without the help of the whole team at dovida. The 2 years we had with dovida was a brease compaird to previous provider. I cannot praise them enough. Thankyou for giving him the most independant and comfortable last years humanly possible. To anyone aprehensive, please please give them a try. It may just change your opinion. It was help that felt like more family, not people employed.

My 3 years with Dovida have been very rewarding working with the elderly,being there for them and helping with there challenges through life,love listening to their stories when they were growing up and having their family's and the tough times they want through especially coming from overseas when they were little and the challenges to achieve their goals. The team of dovida are always there for you to support you .The courses you arrange for us are so rewarding and I learn a lot.Dovida is such a family base company I even got my mother down south with you and she is always telling me the carers are fantastic to her.thankyou you Dovida.🙏

For the last 5 years I have been an employee (carer) for the Dovida family (formerly Home Instead). It has been a most rewarding experience for me. Dovida has looked after & supported me through great times & rough ones. My clients that I had were just beautiful. Caring for the elderly is just the best feeling & the staff at Dovida gave me all the training & learning that I required to be able to full fill my role. Dovida is not just a company, it’s a family. I would encourage anyone looking to get in home care for an elderly person to please give Dovida a call. They were certainly my work family for all my time there. 🌸

I have been employed by Dovida (formerly Home Instead) for the past 3 years and have found it to be a most rewarding experience. The team at Dovida are professional, supportive and dedicated to not only providing outstanding care to the clients, they genuinely care about their employees and team of carers. They are my grandads care providers. Absolute gold standard from the team. Easy comunication. 24/7 emergancy line for assistance. Their package managers make organising anything so easy. The carers are top quality, always helpfull and super nice. They have been a crucal part in making grandads end of life journy more comfortable and supported in every way imaginable. There are plenty of bad providers. This provider is an absolute dimond in the rough.
