Jet's Pizza Champaign (Springfield)

Mitchell the delivery driver just started pounding loud as hell and screaming that he had to get back to the store. The moment he knocked I started walking to the stairs to go to the door, but he didn’t wait ten seconds before screaming like a maniac. It’s nearly 9 pm and I’m surrounded by children on both sides. He didn’t even apologize and seemed to genuinely believe he was just fine. Next time call the person before you throw a fit like a toddler. You are three times my size and that was beyond inappropriate behavior at your job.

Pizza was burnt. Everything else tasted good and staff was friendly.

We have always received excellent pizza from Jets...we especially like the Eugene Supreme

I absolutely love this place. It was my first time going and it was a shame to see this place so empty. If you are looking for quality food (with an insane cheese pull might I add) and friendly staff with a clean and kept environment, Jet's is the place to go. 🫶🏻

Not exactly a well-oiled machine. More like a machine that’s oily.

Great food. Slow as molasses but they are pretty busy. Worth the wait just be sure and give it an extra 20/30 minutes

My friends all raved about Jet's (of course that was a few years ago) so I decided to order a large NY-style with pepperoni and extra cheese. After an already expensive Pizza being bumped for delivery and a tip, I am now sitting at $45ish. The pizza that arrived was in no way worth the initial price. First, it was not NY-style, it was just a hand tossed. No crust bubbles, no stringy cheese. It also clearly had a minimal amount of cheese even though I paid extra and was the smallest "large" pizza I have ever ordered. Equivalent to a medium elsewhere. I will never order from this place again.
