Booked a haircut and colour appointment here, 2 hours reserved. I showed up on time and asked for a lighter colour — not highlights. I was told what I wanted couldn't be done, and we spent close to 40 minutes going back and forth on it during the appointment. It turned into a real argument, I got upset and ended up leaving in tears. The colour had already been mixed for my appointment, and I offered on the spot to pay for that product (around $40) instead of the full service, since I hadn't actually received the service. Instead I was billed the full $200 CAD "no-show" cancellation fee — despite being present the entire time. I disputed this with Amex and explained the full situation. The dispute was denied and I was charged the $200 anyway. I also called the salon several times afterward hoping to resolve it directly, and never got a response — no callback, for weeks. I wouldn't recommend booking here. If the stylist can't or won't do the service you asked for, you can still end up paying the full fee as though you cancelled — and don't expect follow-up if you try to sort it out afterward.

Andrew was amazing! I highly recommend him for any events you have to get ready for. My Hollywood waves with a bob hairstyle is not everyone’s specialty, but Andrew saw the vision and made it happen. He’s an expert, and I hope to be back for more glam looks in the future.

The staff accommodated me despite me not having a booking and coming in the late evening. My stylist was Matthew and Emily. I asked for my hair to be dyed one uniform color and he did a marvellous job. During the consultation he was warm and helpful, only recommending treatments that would continue to keep my hair healthy. I have long hair that I love taking care of and it was nice to see the Matthew extending that care as well. Would highly recommend asking for Matthew and Emily.

I’m from out of town and was looking for a salon. Andrew did a beautiful updo for the black tie wedding I am attending. Highly recommend him. Meticulous in his work. Thx Andrew

The way I was treated in the moment, with staff being dismissive and pressuring me toward a colour I had already said I didn't want, was not okay, and it's disappointing to see the situation rewritten now rather than addressed. Original Review - I had an extremely disappointing experience with Carolyn at Tocci Salon. My hairdresser argued with me from the start about what I wanted done, insisting she was the expert and refusing to do the style I'd asked for. The disagreement escalated into a genuine argument, and I ended up in tears and had to leave. What makes this worse: they wasted 40 minutes of my 2-hour appointment on this back-and-forth before deciding they weren't ready to do what I wanted — and then blamed the lack of remaining time as the reason. I did show up for my appointment. Despite that, the salon charged me the full $200 CAD cancellation fee, coding it as a "no-show." I disputed the charge with Amex and explained exactly what happened, including the 40 minutes I was present and the fact that the salon itself ran out the clock. Amex sided with the salon and I was charged the $200 anyway. I would not recommend Tocci Salon. If you go, be aware that if a stylist decides mid-appointment not to do your service, you may still be billed as if you never showed up.

Did a highlight and cut. Wonderful people just way too expensive.

Naomi braided my hair for my wedding and did an excellent job. It stayed in place the whole day and I got so many compliments. I was very pleased with how it turned out.

I absolutely love this salon in liberty village. The service is very good, they are so polite and make you feel so welcomed. I get my hair done from Naomi and she is very attentive and a pure perfectionist and will take care of you like a true bestie

I had an amazing experience! Matthew did an incredible job with the haircut—he really understood the style I was after and gave it a clean, modern shape that suits me perfectly. Emelie absolutely nailed the colour. Going platinum isn’t easy, but she achieved an even, bright blonde while keeping my hair looking and feeling healthy. The cut and colour work so well together, and I’ve already had compliments on it. Both of them were friendly, professional, and clearly very talented. Highly recommend Matthew for cuts and Emelie for colour!

I’m very grateful tocci salon was able to accommodate me on a Friday night as a last minute appointment. I got a wash and blowout. Thanks to Andrew for being so gentle and creating a bouncy and smooth look that lasted!

Antonio is a true master of his craft. He can work with any hair type, but if you have curly hair, you’re in the best hands. He really understands how to shape and manage curls, which is so hard to find. The best part is that you can simply show Antonio a picture, and he creates the same haircut with incredible attention to detail. He never rushes, takes his time, and works like a true artist until everything is perfect. It’s always such a pleasure coming to Tocci Salon. Everyone is welcoming, the atmosphere is relaxing, and I always leave feeling confident and happy with my haircut. If you’re looking for a stylist with extraordinary talent, creativity, and genuine passion for his work, I couldn’t recommend Antonio and Tocci Salon more highly.

If I could give ten stars plus I would!! I had some bad matted hair (from being jumped in Spain) and Emily and her team showed me so much care, love and patience and got the mat out within 3 hours! 🙏🏽😭❤️ I can’t thank you all enough!!

I went here recently for a haircut and it was great experience. I liked that Tony took the time to really shape my hair, as I've previously felt rushed out of other salons. Their hair wash bowl was also the most comfortable I've ever been at (niche comment but worth mentioning). I'll definitely be making Salon Tocci my regular hair spot from now on!
