On 20/07/2026 I ventured into Geelong Westfield looking for a hairstylist to wash and restyle my hair. At first due to word of mouth, I approached HairHouse Warehouse where I was meet with no available appointments yet advised to steer clear from JustCut or I may regret it. Walking in JustCuts I was met by your team member Tamara Nelson. From the moment I walked into the salon she greeted me with a smile and an available chair. Before proceeding to the basin Tamara wanted to know what goals I had for my hair. Whilst washing, Tamara offered me a treatment and gave my scalp a thorough wash. Understanding my hair, Tamara restyled my hair whilst wet so my curl pattern could begin to return. After restyling, Tamara gave me an amazing blowout leaving me feeling refreshed and renewed again. May I just say that my only regret was not walking into JustCuts sooner and finding your hidden talent amongst the chairs!

Lovely staff. Great hair cut and style.

I had a great experience with a hairdresser who was very passionate about their work. They listened to everything I wanted, and I came out with an alternative style that I was incredibly happy with.

Would like to say had just my split ends remove which I was happy with but $40 charge what a rip off. Two say they have now lost me as a client for good.

I had THE BEST haircut by Siti, she’s so great. I would definitely recommend this place if you wanna look great.

My experience at just cut Geelong this afternoon was very welcoming and professional I walked in and didn’t have to wait any time then got a blow wave done by Billy, He was lovely to chat to and I already look forward going back to see everythere there. The staff are all so friendly

*UPDATE: Went to see the manager today, and got everything sorted out, it was a positive outcome for both myself and the business* I really don't know why I went there, showed the lady the hair cut I wanted, asked what the price will be and is it classified as a style hair cut, I got told "no no won't effect price" well turned out it was classed as a style cut and set me back $47 and not $25. I asked the question 3 times in 3 different ways as she could hardly understand English.
