So a few years back I’ve used this company to refinance. I’m now back again because they were so helpful. Another few years passed and I had a dream. A dream that I would upgrade my little convertible to a four-wheel-drive. I made one quick phone call and a lady by the name of Rheana answered. We had a lovely conversation without her thinking I was crazy. I had an idea of what I could do and I ask if she could help. That very next day I had the money in my account within seconds so she was so helpful and understanding and made the hassle of everything so easy over the phone while I was still at work. To be honest and going through a broker in the past dealing with banks, I would choose brokers over the big banks any day So thank you again to Rheana and making my dreams come true. I will speak to you again in a few years when I need a caravan LOL

Eugene did such a great job. Getting the news finance was done after the delay at the start which was my bad credit not his fault, it was the best news ive had in ages. Also the fact it wasn't a brand new car it is a 2011 model made me think it would never happen but Eugene is magic, if he was in front of me telling me I would have kissed him. Great work will recomend to all 😘😘

Fantastic experience with Brad and the team at LoanOptions. Brad genuinely went above and beyond to get my finance sorted for an ex-demo BYD Shark 6. There were a few hoops to jump through along the way, but he stayed on top of everything, worked through the issues, kept things moving and ultimately got the deal locked in. The communication and level of effort were excellent throughout, and it was obvious Brad was genuinely invested in getting the right outcome rather than simply processing another application.
