I was not able to cancel subsrciption on time due lack of access to my account. Multiple attepmts to log in/reset password did not worked (system doesn't send reset password email). Despite that I was still charged with their fee. Many emails exchanges with support, but still not resolution or refund (all I get is response that there's high number of querries).
This has helped me so much with my anxiety.
I am overjoyed that my work place provides this for free. It definitely helps me to deal with moments in my life that sometimes get the best of me.

app and subscription management too complicated. I was charged two payments in one week. Having difficulty ensuring I have cancelled subscription and no more payments forthcoming.

Basically everything is locked behind a strict pay wall and its no longer 'calm' yet frustrating now

I just got diagnosed with Celiac Disease (CD) last Tuesday by my doctor.
no new sleep content although paid for. cannot download on pixel watch5 please correct. I have paid for lifetime on website then switch phones had to pay an annual amount to use! no new content no download to watch. through spending money with no results. I di love this app especially calm sleep but only on Apple.

Kaiser pays for the full version for me and other Kaiser patients but it really doesn't seem very broad but I do like listening to the bedtime stories to put me to sleep.

FREE MY BUTTHOLE! "ONLY" FOR 7 DAYS. Then you want people to pay an outrageous prices to listen to sounds?? YOU AD does NOT specify any payment at all, UNLESS someone wants extra stuff. Very misleading. YOU CAN KEEP IT!!

The meditations you can get for free are great. However, if you don't pay for the premium version you only get 3 free listens per meditation, and the meditations you have access to are very limited. Most sit behind a pay wall. There are many other more affordable/free options out there if you can't afford to pay for the premium version to improve your mental health. Editing after calm responded: its really not that accessible as it is. That's great they try to make it accessible but it's not.
