I moved into a one bedroom place by myself for the first time last year and I couldn’t imagine it being any easier thanks to the help of Candice from the Ray white team. She made everything so easy helped me through any issues and responded almost instantly to any questions I had over both text and phone. Even when it came to moving out she offered as much assistance as possible wether it was to find a new place or just advice and assistance on how to go about moving into another rental. would highly recommend 10/10.

As potential purchaser, very difficult to deal with agent. No consideration for the time pressures/challenges around execution of contract, and no evidence of any desire to build rapport or trust in the process. As highest offer, we have walked away from the purchase because we’re unwilling to work with the agent.

Ray White Newcastle have been incredible, and helped me achieve my goal of moving out of home. This has been more than just a dream for me: as a person with disability on a pension, not able enough for mainstream work but not disabled enough for disability housing, and unable to continue living with ageing parents, moving out was a necessity, and the prospect of entering the rental market in the middle of this housing crisis was daunting to say the least. But Ray White have made the impossible possible.
