I was contacted by the HR team regarding a specific job profile and had an initial discussion. During this conversation, I was informed that a face-to-face interview would be scheduled. After that, I attempted to follow up multiple times to confirm the interview date. Despite making several phone calls and sending WhatsApp messages to the HR contact, I did not receive any response. I also reached out to another HR representative on LinkedIn regarding the same position, but my messages went unanswered. If there was no intention to proceed, a simple update or response would have been appreciated. Accepting connection requests or initiating discussions without providing any follow-up is discouraging for job seekers, who rely on such opportunities with genuine hope for career growth. Better communication and transparency would greatly improve the candidate experience.
