If you have a pool, this is the best place to go for honest advice and trusted supplies. Chris will go out of his way to ensure you are looked after. We have lived in the area for more than 20 years and are incredibly grateful to Swimmart for their exceptional service and support.
We took a cleaner with an intermittent fault to be checked, the staff were very helpful and explained the situation clearly. Very generous with their time and expertise. Really appreciate their professionalism. Highly recommend them.

Hi Dazza, Thanks for your feedback. We did our best to assist with your enquiry and provided advice on how to resolve the issues you were experiencing. When we realised your location was in Mt Waverley, we recommended Swimart Glen Waverley, as they were much closer and better placed to provide on-site support. We understand this may not have been the outcome you were hoping for, but we appreciate you taking the time to share your feedback.
Exceptional service with a smile. The boys are always happy to take your questions and assist you in whatever way possible. They provide sound technical advice on chemicals and equipment.

It’s a pity that we can only give 5 stars max, the team at Balwyn deserve 10 at least!!! Chris and his team spent hours with us on the phone to Japan and helping my daughter and I (who are totally ignorant of makes/models or even what we were looking for!) navigate purchasing a pump and chlorinator etc etc; and explaining how to set it all up … and then packaging it for us to post!! The service was totally above and beyond!! 10 stars and a HUGE thank you! Penny & Emmie
Very good service and maintenance of my pool cleaner
