I had such a great experience at Swim Mart Charmhaven! The staff were super friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely happy to help. They took the time to explain exactly what my pool needed instead of just trying to sell me products, which I really appreciated. The store was clean, well-organised, and fully stocked, so I found everything I needed in one visit. The water testing service was quick and accurate, and they gave clear instructions that actually worked my pool has never looked better. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending them to friends and family.

Contacted Swimart Charmhaven to have them start taking care of our pool after my husband passed away. The staff are all amazing, the pool looks fantastic. 10 out 10 for communication and customer service.

Moved to the area and needed some pool supplies. Went to Swimart as it was closest. Had water tested and a great conversation with Bee, she was great and very helpful. Will definitely go back.

They have great knowledge of pools and very helpful. Stock most brands. Would recommend them.

Had my pool water analyzed for the first time- great service and excellent knowledge

Had a faulty capacitor on our pool pump a couple of weeks ago. Rang up swimart Charmhaven and they acknowledged a warranty job. The next Monday a staff member came out and replaced the part promptly and I without drama. Quick efficient and drama free. Well done Swimart Charmhaven.

We've never had a pool before, and when our robotic cleaner stopped working we took it down to Swimart Charmhaven. The staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful. So very happy with the service. The cleaner is now working (it needed new tyres) and we'll soon be able to use the pool again. A fantastic experience. Thank you all.

Always friendly and offer great advice

Andrew and the Team at Swimart have gone above and beyond for me and our pool more than once. Always friendly service, and trustworthy advice. Best in the business up this end of the coast

We had a great experience buying our new Dolphin robotic pool cleaner. Got some great advice by the team who knew their stuff. Really happy with the cleaner, it’s doing a great job of our pool. Thank you!

Great communication. Turned up at my home on time completed the job and gave technical advice on Pool and filter Maintenance. Good team.

It is very refreshing to deal with a professional family owned business that does not try to rip you off. Swimart Charmhaven is not exactly within my area, yet I will keep calling them for any pool related issues. They installed my pool lights, pool cover and replaced a burned pool pump. Quick and professional every single time, for a fair price.
