I called for support with an urgent issue with my pool. I called close to closing time. The kind and helpful worker, took my details and said they would get a second opinion. They did this after hours and promptly emailed me with what my next steps should be. I greatly appreciated them going above and beyond outside of their business hours and giving sound advice for next steps, even though it was not money generating for their business. This excellent customer service is not so common these days and but makes all the difference. I will be getting back in touch with them for my ongoing pool maintenance needs. Thank you again.

I requested a quote to replace my pool pump. I was told they needed to inspect my existing pump before providing any pricing. Even after I specifically asked if they could provide an approximate price before attending, they insisted on carrying out an assessment first. Unfortunately, the process was extremely slow, and I decided not to proceed with them. Despite this, I was charged an assessment fee via direct debit without my authorisation or permission. Very disappointing experience. The lack of transparency around the assessment fee, combined with the extremely slow service, has left me with a very poor impression. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.
