Pool Zodiac vacuum cleaner stopped working. I contacted several repair businesses in Brisbane and same advice, can’t be repaired, purchase a new replacement for $2,000. From 50 years experience of owning a swim and scuba school , in my opinion it was a faulty lead that was the issue with the broken Zodiac. Decided to try local Swimart at Jindalee who has a diagnostic system in house to test equipment. Yes it was a fault lead as I expected. Repaired done within a week for under $500. Staff were knowledgeable, polite and helpful. Eventually I will need to buy a new vacuum and I’ll be purchasing from swimart at Jindalee.

Matt initially came out and gave some solid advice and options on our old, failing pool equipment. Then, Matt and Dan managed to sneak the installation in before Christmas, which was excellent. Not only was it a great price, but we even got a couple of nice upgrades. They took their time and did a super tidy job. Their after-sales service is excellent as well, I had a small warranty issue recently that was rectified within the week. Sorry it's taken me so long to write a review, but these guys are impressive and are the ultimate 'pool nerds' (mean that in a good way!).

I have searched high and low to find pool company that is reliable, knowledgeable, has exceptional customer service and knows how to care for a pool correctly. I would recommend this company (Swimart Jindalee) to anyone needing great service and pool care. This is an honest review- very grateful to have found this company - the customer service is unreal. I’ve always had such a positive experience at Swimart Jindalee. The staff are genuinely helpful, friendly and understanding, and they’ve made looking after my pool feel so much easier. A special thanks to Christian, who has always been so kind and approachable at the front counter. He takes the time to explain things in a way that actually makes sense which has made a big difference in helping me feel more confident with my own pool care. Strongly recommend this branch.

They do a great job every time. Swimart have also replaced pump and investigated a leak in the past. Transparent pricing before work done.

I have had my pool serviced by Dave from swimart Jindalee for quite a number of years now. His dedication and perfection in ensuring my pool is in tip top shape is second to none. Dave is very knowledgeable in his trade and explains what he has done every time. He has a very friendly customer focused attitude and is very professional. I have never needed to re call him back for anything I wasn't happy with. If I am advised that Dave is unable to attend to my pool on the designated day, swimart will work with me to rescheduled it to another day when Dave can attend. Highly recommend Dave and Swimart Jindalee for your pool service and other requirements.
