I can’t recommend Kelvin from Swim Mart Liverpool highly enough. I purchased a pool motor from him today, and the service I received was exceptional. While I was installing the motor, Kelvin went above and beyond to answer all my questions and patiently talked me through troubleshooting the installation until we had everything up and running. He took the time to work through the issues with me over the phone and made sure I understood what I needed to do. What really impressed me was that he even took time out of his own day to come out personally and check everything was running properly. It’s rare to come across someone who genuinely cares about their customers and is willing to go that extra mile, even after the sale. Kelvin’s knowledge, patience and dedication were outstanding. Thank you, Kelvin, for all your help today. You made what could have been a very stressful installation so much easier. An absolute credit to Swim Mart Liverpool!

Very helpful service

Installation of brand new pool pump and filter. Ancient system in dire need of upgrade. Niki understood my concerns and promptly quoted the right options, while Kelvin, the installer, did a very good job at installing the pump and filter, with barely any room to work with. All in all, I'm very pleased with the upgrade, and the effort made by the team at Swimart Liverpool.

Great people to work with, they have a wide range of quality products and excellent customer service. They are my go to pool shop for all equipment and pool services.

I have been engaged with Ishan from Swimart Liverpool. He is knowledgeable and transition on how the pool equipment works and the use of chemicals, maintenance frequency and so forth.

Very unreliable and unprofessional It is not the best service. 2 month earlier i booked them for pool cleaning they come and always in rush to runaway and never finish the job. Very unprofessional. All the staffs only work for getting paid doesnot care about the customer no matter how many times you resecdule they come and runaway as quick as possible and sometimes don't even show up this is a honest review be careful.

came to check my pool for first time, the staff were really helpful and kind and offered me various solutions to my problem and when i came back again they were kind to not charge me to check my pool water

Phone answered by a young man that sounded like he was taking a nap. New owners were not interested in helping regarding information or troubleshooting with my system purchased from the previous owners of Oscar and his crew. They were quick to suggest an inspection at a cost. Pretty much told me I was out of warranty and laughed awkwardly. Shocking service, am now scrambling to get our $6000+ gear looked at but dont know where to start. Nightmare.

After almost 25 years the new franchisee and his team are great, I can't thank you guys enough for the knowledgeable advice and troubleshooting to pinned the issue..
