Thought I would leave a positive review cause we are in a world of negativity nowadays. This is not my local pool shop however I went in there one day and spoke with Derek. Good old fashioned customer service. Derek knew everything there is to know about everything pools. A few years ago I told them my chlorinator was losing time, he told me to bring it in and he would have a look at it. Derek took it apart and cleaned it up and did this for no charge. I was happy to pay of course but he wouldn’t have it. Since that day I have bought a new chlorinator, a robotic cleaner, replaced the media on the filter and done all my pool testing and bought all my chemicals there. If someone is willing to do something for me like that, then I am willing to give them my business. Thanks Derek. You won me over. 5 stars.

Fantastic family-owned business. Top quality water testing and their advice is always clear, without trying to unnecessarily upsell chemicals.

These guys are seriously the BEST! We always have the best service from them. Today we had John come out onsite and look at several issues we had with our pool and he was nothing short of sensational! So professional, so knowledgeable, patient, and just a pleasure deal interact with. You guys seriously rock.
