Awesome customer service with happy to help attitudes! Swimart Nerang offered to do a complimentary water sample test & gave us a test bottle free of charge even when we hadn't purchased any products from there yet. A little customer service makes a big difference so we will continue using Swimart Nerang, thank you for your help with our new pool.

Very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Well priced and super friendly and efficient service! John came out as I had a problem with long term iron stain on our pool step which had never been fixed. He managed not only to fix the step and whole pool but also found and repaired a leak in Our filter. Nothing is too much trouble for this business. They are super helpful and knowledgeable and our pool is seriously sparkling thanks to John and the team at Swimart Nerang.

Stu is an excellent staff member who I feel goes above with knowledge and experience, explaining everything. We are new to pool maintenance and he makes it easy and enjoyable to learn. People should use winter to keep clean to save hundreds of dollars at summertime when U could use the money for BBQs 🤩
Response from Swimart Nerang
Thanks a bunch for your kind words, Natasha. It's reviews like this that make us at Swimart Nerang excited to come to work every day.
