Really good service from the team here. Had a few pool issues to sort out and they actually took the time to explain what was going on and what I needed. Friendly, knowledgeable and no hard sell. Made the whole thing pretty easy.

They know me and my pool and always give perfect advice whether it’s a simple water test or a bigger issue. I have tried a few other poop shops in palm beach hut nine hive the level of service and great friendly feeling that swimmart does. Good on you guys. I don’t know what I’d do without you!!!

Excellent service from the team at Swimart Palm Beach! We called about replacing a pool pump, and they came out the very same day and completed the replacement on the spot. Their prompt response meant our tenants weren’t left waiting and were really happy with the outcome. The team was professional, efficient, and made the whole process easy. Paul came through again. One of the components of my system had failed 2 months out of warranty. Paul stepped up and got it replaced under warranty so no out of pocket for me. I did not have to ask, Paul just offered to try and got it done. No chasing up from me just done. Easy

Swimmart at Palm Beach are great! We’ve been customers since 2011 and just wouldn’t go anywhere else. They know their stuff and will bend over backwards to help.
