I just got an inground magna pool as my first pool. I enlisted the help of Simon from Swimart Shellharbour to teach me the basics on how to look after the pool. He was fantastic and no question was too stupid. I would highly recommend Simon and Jessie for their patience and pool knowledge.
Simon, Jessie and the whole team have looked after all of our pool supplies and service needs for some time now and I must say that they deserve Five Stars and more. Outstanding, friendly service and high quality great value chemicals and equipment. We’d never go anywhere else and our pools have always been sparkling clean. Well done guys.

Well what can we say except unbelievable! We are so happy with the advice, workmanship and products! For years we have struggled with our old cartridge filter and chlorinator and had a cloudy pool! Soil was always on the bottom of the pool and we never had crystal clear water. Friday Simon and Jake installed our new BWT self cleaning chlorinator, glass beads filter and energy efficient pump ( with government rebate). We also bought a new BWT robotic cleaner . Since then the pool has been crystal clear and there isn't a spec of dirt anywhere! The filter is highly efficient and the cleaner actually pucks up dirt and sludge. A huge thank you to Jessie who has taken a lot of time explaining what we needed and how it would all work. He us very communicative and places no pressure on you for a sale. Simon who came to assess our situation and install everything is very knowledgeable about pools, their equipment and the installation process. He explained everything really well! I highly recommend Swimart at Oaks Flats and the team If you are having any difficulty with your pool or looking for new equipment. Thank you Swimart team, we feel completely confident with your work and advice!

The guy who is working toady 22/8/2026 is terrible complaining that someone said it would not be busy but I fact it is and telling people to come back on Monday
Response from Swimart Shellharbour
Evening Laura, thank you for taking the time to share your feedback with us. Hearing that staff told customers to come back on Monday when it was busy isn’t acceptable. If you’d like to discuss what happened, please contact the store directly and speak to our store manager, Jessie. We pride ourselves on our customer service, and this experience that you have had with one of our team members is not what we would expect to happen. We have followed up with the staff member. Thanks, Swimart Shellharbour

Sharing the Fantastic Customer Service received from Danni & Jesse at Swimart Shellharbour when our Pool Robo-Cleaner stopped working. The unit’s problem was determined on the spot, arrangements made for the Manufacturer’s Warranty Assessment & Repairs to be completed plus the return of the unit back to our home “Free Of Charge” & all within an exceptionally short period of time. We Highly Recommend this Company & their Exceptional Staff.

We recently purchased a house with a pool and had absolutely no knowledge of pool maintenance, so we booked an appointment with Swimart to help us get started. Simon came out and walked us through everything - testing the water, explaining the equipment, setting up timers, and sharing so much additional information along the way. I was genuinely amazed at how knowledgeable he was about every aspect of pool care. He took the time to make sure we felt confident and understood everything before he left. Because of the experience and the knowledge Simon shared with us, we now go to the Swimart store for everything our pool needs and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Thank you Simon, for such outstanding service.
