Hi Sam, I’m the business owner, and I want to apologise. I was personally attending an urgent out‑of‑hours call‑out on Sunday morning, but that doesn’t excuse my driving. I recognise I was doing 50kph in a quiet suburban area. and I understand how that came across. I’m genuinely sorry as I demand a high driving standard from my service team.
