Excellent pool service especially from Tim

Thank you for your help. When it suits, please bring the pool cleaner which we discussed. I would like to buy it.

Always keep our pool looking great. Thank You.

We have been using Swimart Taringa to maintain our pool for about a decade or more. They have been extremely reliable and professional and have kept our pool in sparkling readiness. We highly recommend. 😘🙏

We are a block of units with a large swimming pool. Swimart Taringa have been helping us look after our pool for several years. Recently we required quite a bit of maintenance & Ray & the team couldn’t have been more helpful. They are quick to respond, polite, friendly & happy to explain & advise when complicated issues arise. Can’t recommend them highly enough.

The team at Swimart Taringa provide some of the best customer service I’ve experienced in Australia. I started taking care of a pool for the first time about six months ago and have worked with Adrian, Ray, Connor, and others. Every time I’ve had a question or concern, they’ve taken the time to explain things thoroughly and offer helpful tips on maintaining my pool. I’ve never felt rushed, and I always leave with a better understanding of what to do. Very impressed with their care, expertise, and genuine attention to their customers. Highly recommended.

We spoke with Swimart Taringa about options for repair or purchasing a new filter and we made the decision to buy a new one. Ray and the other staff at Swimart were really quick and efficient and great communicators in organising the installation of the filter. They took away our old filter and sorted the pool out. I have been going to Swimart Taringa for a couple of years now and they have been consistently friendly, knowledgeable and will spend a lot of time with you trying to sort through solutions. I really recommend them. Nothing is too much trouble for them.

Adrian at Taringa was wonderfully helpful and explained everything well for us. He was clear and helpful in his explanation and we were confident with our decision :)

Great service , friendly staff, helped to solve problem.

Excellent customer service

Excellent customer service, very friendly & knowledgeable & always quick to action our needs.

You had to equipment I wanted in stock.

Great job with the pool water testing and answered any questions I have. Great and friendly staff. Great testing service to get your pool summer ready.

A severe lack of customer service skills 3:30PM 24Mar2025 Of course you can't locate any record because he didn't even care who I was! If you want to say you strive to provide "profesional service", you should give him a customer service training first. He could destroy your business!!

Tony and the team have always provided excellent service, good advice and been very prompt to deal with any issues

They have been servicing our pool every 2 weeks for over a year. They fail to recognise the seal between pump and motor was leaking. The corrosion has taken months if not a year to occur. So we are up for a new pump. Not recommended
