Not open 🤔. Website says open til 4pm Saturdays. But I’m here at 3.30pm and they’re shut. It’s mid Sept, hot weather and their opening hours sign says they’re operating on winter hours. So many other customers turning up annoyed too

Hi Margot, We’re sorry for the confusion and inconvenience. Our new trading hours were intended to commence from Monday 21 September, however an administrative error occurred while Head Office was processing the seasonal hours update, resulting in the online hours being changed earlier than intended. We understand how frustrating it would have been to arrive based on the hours shown online and find the store closed.
