Friendly and helpful staff, goods always in stock, great suggestions for diy pool owners. ❤️❤️❤️

Great pool and water quality knowledge Polite and friendly and never try to oversell chemicals or equipment unlike my previous dealer.Steve

Personalised service, friendly staff.

Awesome as always! The team is incredibly friendly, helpful, and always goes above and beyond to provide excellent service!

We’ve used Swimmart Woree on a semi-regular basis over the past few years (choosing to do a lot of the chemical tests ourselves) but just recently our Chlorinator died creating a huge excess salt issue. Our property manager/landlord wanted to use their own pool supply shop to replace the chlorinator, but in doing so the other pool company put the chlorinator into the pool and turned it on whilst the salt levels were still way too high. Swimmart Woree have made the whole process easy in trying to rectify this error from the other pool shop and we would highly recommend them to any pool owners. Their staff are highly knowledgeable and we will now be using them for ALL our pool testing.

Great friendly service and willingness to help

Brilliant service and friendly peeps. Awesome.

Great customer service, was able to purchase and organise fitting in one phone call

Friendly helpful staff.

1 star review because I called to clarify billing and on-going maintenance, yet what happened an hour later was completely different from the conversation. I received an email on 25/2 advising there was an outstanding invoice for $73. I called on 2/3 (5 days later or 3 business days)when I returned from holidays to confirm receipt and asked the best way to connect them with the new real estate agent so billing could be handled through the agency for tax purposes. I suggested email, which they were happy with. About an hour later, I received an email from my real estate agent advising that Swimart no longer wished to service the property.

Helpful and friendly staff, trustworthy technicians. Never charge more than necessary. Much appreciated.

Quick service and the staff was friendly.

I was given great service, and all my questions were answered, and I was given demonstration on how to use the equipmentG

I dropped into Swimart Woree with a pool water sample. They quickly tested it and provided what I needed to treat my pool. Very happy with the quick turnaround. Lady at counter very friendly and knowledgeable.
