YONG Real Estate

Went to a viewing at 23 Doyle street (their granny flat listed) photos are AI generated and the place is in disrepair, water damage, broken stuff everywhere, mould everywhere, rubbish in the garden, they didn’t even have it professionally cleaned for a viewing. Then they ghosted me after I asked them for something similar that’s in better condition.

Michael Wilson is a polite and professional man who possesses extensive knowledge of the real estate industry. I would strongly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home.

I recently bought a property through Bhumi and Yong Real Estate, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From day one, they were exceptionally friendly, responsible, and accommodating, making what can usually be a stressful process smooth and seamless. They truly went above and beyond to ensure everything was handled properly. I was so impressed with their service that I didn't hesitate to sign them on to manage the property as a rental as well. Highly recommended!

YONG Real Estate delivered by far the cheapest marketing campaigns we've ever paid for, without ever sacrificing the quality of the results. Highly recommend them!

Thankful for this company with Peter by my side! He has been very helpful. He explains things well, responds professionally and makes sure we fully understand what’s going on if we sell our lot. W really appreciate it made the whole process much easier and less stressful for us thank you team

We’ve had a really fun and smooth transaction especially with Peter and Harvey!!! Like they were both very helpful throughout the process and worked with us to get a good outcome that felt like a win-win for everyone. :) They answered our questions clearly and made everything easy to understand, especially when it came to preparing our property for sale. Overall, we’re very happy with the service and really appreciate their support.

🤌 Peter is not confident in his own field and does not hold confidence to his peers/those others in the industry. ✌️

I recently sold a deceased estate investment property under the guidance of Sue Ye. I am based in NSW, and was unable to visit the house in Queensland, so Sue handled absolutely everything. Her knowledge and attention to detail was outstanding. She kept me informed well beyond any expectation, made the process simple for me, and worked very hard to get us a fair price, all whilst keeping the tenants feeling that their needs and privacy were respected. I could tell from the questions she asked during the process that she was equally responsive and helpful to the prospective buyers. I am so grateful to Sue for her care and help during this time, and would genuinely recommend her to anyone wanting to sell their property.

I had a great experience working with Yong Real Estate, and I would especially like to thank Bhumi for her professionalism and dedication. She helped me successfully sell my property with a very serious and responsible attitude throughout the entire process. Bhumi was knowledgeable, detail-oriented, and always kept me informed at every stage. Her commitment and hard work made the whole selling experience smooth and stress-free. I truly appreciate her efforts and would highly recommend Yong Real Estate, especially Bhumi, to anyone looking for a reliable and professional agent.

I'm not local in AU, but they made it really easy for me and my family to purchase a property. And the best value so far. I chose them because they have good track record and way cheaper than what I have inquired in other companies.

The best service ever! They made it stress free for me and my family without breaking the bank and even got the best deal for my property.

The fastest sale on my property ever! They have access to asian, and other country buyers. With very little cost. What more could you ask for?

Very good service with a relatively low expense cost! I got the best deal from my property.

Best experience! Their marketing fees are very low but very capable and customizable according to your needs. And with their pay later option, everything is a breeze.

Terry was fantastic!! I couldn’t be happier with my new home! Highly recommend Yong to my friends & colleagues !! :)

Peter and Harvey were amazing, so professional, patient, and helpful throughout the whole process. Made buying our dream home so smooth and stress-free 🌟 Highly recommend them!
